Primary Source!

When I sit back and analyze at my primary source, the three things that popped out to me the most were: Batman himself, the police officers in the background, and the man being attacked and what seems to be a cop. There are many different reasons why each were a main focus in my photo. The officers were my main focus because they look to be pointing there guns at Batman, as if he's the bad guy. The next thing was the man being attacked. This is because he is being brutally attacked by Batman and he has a cop uniform on. I began to wonder many different things about the man and what exactly was going on. Thats when I turned my attention to the look of Batman. I then, began to look over the many different things of Batman to make some conclusion of what, or why he was attacking an officer. Then thats when I began to think about the movie Dark Knight. Batman was portrayed as a anti-hero, just as he is being portrayed in the comic book cover I was analyzing. This aroused many other thing, questions and ideas for me to take from the photo. So many different things came to mind. That's what stood out to me in my photo of analyzation.

  1. Nice, you did a very nice job of picking out your three main points and talking about them. You did a nice job of depicting Batman as a anti-hero. I have seen your picture and it is quiet different in the fact that he is beating what looks like a police officer. I like that you compared it to the movie Dark Knight which is one of my favorite movies.
